A weekly review without a score
Keep a memory, leave one arrangement behind, and make a small plan for the coming week.
How to use this worksheet
Think about the week that actually happened, including the ordinary details. A useful memory can be a conversation, a meal, a question, or part of a task you understood. If the week was difficult, you can record that honestly without finding a positive lesson.
For ‘Leave behind,’ name an expectation or arrangement you can change; you do not have to promise to stop feeling something. For ‘Try,’ choose a small action and give it a realistic time or place. Download the note if you want to compare it with next week. If you miss a week, begin again with the week you are in.

A worked example
Illustrative example · Your own answer can look different
- Something to remember
- Cooking soup with my brother on Sunday. We talked while chopping vegetables and did not rush.
- Something to leave behind
- Checking every message before dinner and ending up eating late.
- Something to try
- Put the phone on the shelf while I eat, then check it afterwards if needed.
- When or where I will try it
- Tuesday dinner. When I return to this note, check whether that timing was realistic.
When you return to your notes
Next time, read the previous experiment before setting a new one. Describe what happened and what you learned. Keeping, changing, or dropping an experiment are all possible outcomes; a missed attempt does not require catching up on every past week.
